Leads not importing (Troubleshooting)
Use this article if leads are failing to import, importing with missing data, or not showing up after an import. Symptom: CSV upload fails or shows an error Check 1 — Is the file format correct? ReachBoost only accepts .csv files. If you saved your file as .xlsx or .xls, it will fail. Fix: In Google Sheets, go to File → Download → CSV (.csv, current sheet). Use this article if your LinkedIn account is showing as Disconnected, failing to connect, or not sending after being connected. Symptom: Account shows "Disconnected" after it was previously connected Most likely cause: LinkedIn ended the session — this happens when LinkedIn detects unusual activity, when you log in from a new location, or when the session simply expires.
