    Use this article if leads are failing to import, importing with missing data, or not showing up after an import. Symptom: CSV upload fails or shows an error Check 1 — Is the file format correct? ReachBoost only accepts .csv files. If you saved your file as .xlsx or .xls, it will fail. Fix: In Google Sheets, go to File → Download → CSV (.csv, current sheet). In Excel, go to Save As and select CSV UTF-8. Check 2 — Is the linkedinprofileurl column present and spelled correctly?Few readers
  • Account not connecting (Troubleshooting)
    Use this article if your LinkedIn account is showing as Disconnected, failing to connect, or not sending after being connected. Symptom: Account shows "Disconnected" after it was previously connected Most likely cause: LinkedIn ended the session — this happens when LinkedIn detects unusual activity, when you log in from a new location, or when the session simply expires. Fix:      Go to LinkedIn accounts in the left sidebar      Find the disconnected account and click VFew readers
  • Campaign not sending (Troubleshooting)
    Use this article if your campaign is Active but no connection requests or messages are going out. Step 1 — Check if you are inside the active hours window ReachBoost only sends during the active hours you configured. If it is outside that window, nothing will send. Fix:      Go to Campaigns and click on the campaign      Check the active hours in the Settings section      If the current time is outside that window, wait for the next window — or edit the campaign to adjustFew readers
