  • Import leads from LinkedIn search
You can import leads directly from LinkedIn into ReachBoost using three methods: a regular LinkedIn search, a Sales Navigator search, or the likes and comments on a LinkedIn post. Before you start ·        Your LinkedIn account must be connected to ReachBoost ·        For Sales Navigator imports, your connected LinkedIn account must have an active Sales Navigator subscription ·        Have your LinkedIn search URL or post URL ready before starting Method 1: Import from a regular LinkPopular
  • Import leads via Excel
If you have a list of leads in a spreadsheet, you can upload them directly to ReachBoost using an Excel file (.xlsx). This is useful when your leads come from an external source (a CRM export, a tool like Apollo or Clay, or a manual list). Before you start • Your file must be saved as an .xlsx file (Excel format) • The file must include linkedinprofileurl, firstname, and lastname columns - these are all mandatory for ReachBoost to identify and display leads correctly • Custom columnsFew readers
  • Import leads via API or integration
If you use an external tool (like Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, or Zapier) to manage your leads, you can push them directly into ReachBoost using the API or a native integration. This is the most automated way to keep your lead lists up to date. Before you start ·        You need to be a Workspace Admin or Agency Admin to access API keys ·        Have your external tool open and ready to configure ·        Know which ReachBoost workspace, campaign, or lead list you want leads inserted intoFew readers
