Campaign not sending (Troubleshooting)

Use this article if your campaign is Active but no connection requests or messages are going out.

Step 1 — Check if you are inside the active hours window

ReachBoost only sends during the active hours you configured. If it is outside that window, nothing will send.

Fix:

  1.      Go to Campaigns and click on the campaign
  2.      Check the active hours in the Settings section
  3.      If the current time is outside that window, wait for the next window — or edit the campaign to adjust the hours

You can also check and edit active hours directly from the campaign detail page — click on the campaign and open the Sequence tab.

Step 2 — Check the LinkedIn account status

If the LinkedIn account assigned to the campaign is disconnected, the campaign cannot send.

Fix:

  1.      Go to LinkedIn accounts in the left sidebar
  2.      Check that the account assigned to this campaign shows Connected
  3.      If it shows Disconnected, reconnect it — see Account not connecting (Troubleshooting) (link to article 10)

Step 3 — Check the campaign status

The campaign must be Active to send. Draft, Paused, or Finished campaigns do not send.

Fix:

  1.      Go to Campaigns
  2.      Check the status badge next to your campaign
  3.      If it is not Active, click the status or the three-dot menu to resume or reactivate it

Step 4 — Check if leads are available

If all leads in the campaign have already been processed (contacted, excluded, or finished), there is nothing left to send.

Fix:

  1. Open the campaign and check the leads count — look at Leads pending vs Leads finished
  2. If all leads are finished, add more leads to the campaign or create a new campaign with a fresh lead list

Step 5 — Check the daily limit

If the daily limit for this LinkedIn account has already been reached today (across all campaigns), no more sends will happen until tomorrow.

Fix:

This is expected behaviour — ReachBoost is protecting your account. The campaign will resume sending the next day within your active hours window.

If you want to send more per day, you can:

·        Slightly increase the daily limit in campaign Settings (stay within safe limits — see Understand your limits and stay safe)

·        Add a second LinkedIn account to the campaign

Step 6 — Check the warmup status

If your LinkedIn account warmup is below 30%, ReachBoost may throttle or pause sending to protect the account.

Fix:

  1. Go to LinkedIn accounts and check the warmup percentage
  2. If warmup is very low (under 30%), wait for it to progress before running at volume
  3. Reduce daily limits to 5–10 until warmup reaches at least 70%

If none of the above worked

Contact support and include:

·        The campaign name and its UUID (visible in the campaign URL)

·        The LinkedIn account email assigned to the campaign

·        What status the campaign shows

·        When it last sent (if ever)

·        Your Workspace UUID (found in Integrations → API keys)
