How to blacklist leads?

Blacklisting allows you to permanently exclude specific leads from being targeted by ReachBoost.
Once a lead has been added to the blacklist, it will never be included in imports, campaigns, or outreach activities again.

Add leads to the blacklist

Step 1 - Open your lead list
Navigate to the lead list containing the leads you want to exclude.

Step 2 - Select the leads
Select one or multiple leads using the checkboxes.

Step 3 - Open other actions
Click Other Actions.

Step 4 - Add the leads to the blacklist
Click Add to Blacklist.

What happens after blacklisting?

Once a lead has been blacklisted:

• They will no longer be targetable in campaigns.
• They will be excluded from future outreach activities.
• They cannot be accidentally contacted again through ReachBoost.

Note: Blacklisting is useful for excluding existing customers, competitors, partners, or prospects who have requested not to be contacted again.
