Unified inbox overview

The Unified Inbox gives you one overview of all conversations generated through ReachBoost. You can filter conversations, review lead details, update lead stages, and reply without leaving ReachBoost.


Open the Unified Inbox


Step 1 - Log in to ReachBoost
Log in to ReachBoost. You will be taken directly to your workspace.


Step 2 - Open the Unified Inbox
Click Unified Inbox in the left sidebar.


You will now see an overview of all conversations generated through ReachBoost.



Filter your conversations


The filters at the top of the Unified Inbox help you find specific conversations.


Step 1 - Filter by message status
Choose whether you want to view unread or archived messages.


Step 2 - Filter by sender
Select a sender to view conversations from a specific LinkedIn account. For example, you can view only your conversations or those of a colleague working in the same workspace.


Step 3 - Filter by campaign
Select one or multiple campaigns to view conversations generated by those campaigns.


Step 4 - Filter by lead stage
Select one or multiple lead stages. For example, you can filter the Unified Inbox to show only Interested leads.



View and manage a conversation


Step 1 - Open the conversation
Click a person in the Unified Inbox to open the conversation.


Step 2 - Open Actions
Click Actions in the top-right corner.


From here, you can:



Use tags with your CRM


You can add a tag when you want to follow up with someone later. Tags can also be used to send the lead to your CRM.

Reply from the Unified Inbox


You can reply to conversations directly from the Unified Inbox. Replies sent through ReachBoost will also appear in LinkedIn.
If you reply to someone directly through LinkedIn, that message will also appear in the Unified Inbox.



Use the Unified Inbox for an agency client


If you use the agency portal, open the correct client workspace first. Click Unified Inbox in the left sidebar to view and manage that client’s conversations.


Note: Always check that you are in the correct client workspace before reviewing or replying to conversations.
