How to send direct message to leads from the inbox?

You can send a direct message to a lead from the Unified Inbox in ReachBoost. You can write the message yourself or use AI to create or improve it.

Step 1 - Open the Unified Inbox
Click Unified Inbox in the left sidebar.

Step 2 - Select the lead
Click the lead you want to message.

Step 3 - Write your message
Type your message in the chat field.

Step 4 - Use AI if needed
Click the AI function in the bottom-left corner of the chat widget.

You can use AI to:

• Create a complete message for you
• Improve a message you have already written

Step 5 - Send the message
Click Send. The message will be sent directly to the lead.

Send the message through LinkedIn

You can also message the lead directly through the LinkedIn app or LinkedIn website.
ReachBoost will sync the messages from that conversation, so they will also appear in your Unified Inbox.

Note: Choose whether you prefer to reply through ReachBoost or LinkedIn. Both options will keep the conversation synced.

Are you an agency?

If you use the agency portal, open the correct client workspace first. Click Unified Inbox, select the lead, and follow the steps above.

Note: Always check that you are in the correct client workspace before messaging a lead.
