How does AI Lead Stage Classification work?
ReachBoost uses AI to classify leads based on their first reply. This automatically places each lead into one of four lead stages and helps build your pipeline overview.
How AI classification works
When a reply comes in, ReachBoost analyzes:
- The lead’s first reply
- The message the lead replied to
ReachBoost processes this context with AI and assigns the lead to the most relevant stage.
The four lead stages
Not Interested: The reply shows that the lead is not interested.
Engaged: The lead is not clearly interested, but is not clearly uninterested either.
Interested: The reply shows interest in your message or offer. For example, the lead may say that it sounds interesting.
Hot Lead: The reply shows strong intent. For example, the lead may immediately ask to schedule a meeting.
Find a lead’s classification
Step 1 - Open the Unified Inbox
Click Unified Inbox in the left sidebar.
Step 2 - Open the conversation
Click the person whose lead stage you want to view.
Step 3 - View the lead stage
The assigned lead stage appears in the top-right corner of the conversation.
How lead stages build your pipeline
The assigned lead stages also appear in the Pipeline Overview on your dashboard. This is how your pipeline is automatically built from campaign replies.
More information about the pipeline can be found here.
View lead stages for an agency client
If you use the agency portal, open the correct client workspace first. You can then view the client’s classifications in the Unified Inbox and Pipeline Overview.
Note: Always check that you are in the correct client workspace before reviewing lead stages or pipeline data.
