How to filter conversations?

You can filter conversations in the Unified Inbox by message status, sender, campaign, and lead stage. This helps you find the conversations you want to review or follow up on.


Open the conversation filters


Step 1 - Open the Unified Inbox
Log in to ReachBoost and click Unified Inbox in the left sidebar.


Step 2 - Find the filters
The conversation filters appear at the top of the Unified Inbox.



Filter by message status


Use the message status filter to view unread or archived conversations.

Open the message status filter at the top of the Unified Inbox.


Step 2 - Choose a status
Select the conversations you want to view:

  • Unread
  • Archived



Filter by sender


Use the sender filter to view conversations from a specific LinkedIn account. For example, you can view only your conversations or those of a colleague working in the same workspace.


Step 1 - Open the sender filter
Open the sender filter at the top of the Unified Inbox.


Step 2 - Select a sender
Choose the LinkedIn account whose conversations you want to view.



Filter by campaign


Use the campaign filter to view conversations generated by one or multiple campaigns.


Step 1 - Open the campaign filter
Open the campaign filter at the top of the Unified Inbox.


Step 2 - Select your campaigns
Select the campaign or campaigns whose conversations you want to view.



Filter by lead stage


Use the lead stage filter to view conversations based on their AI-assigned lead stage. For example, you can show only Interested leads.


Step 1 - Open the lead stage filter
Open the lead stage filter at the top of the Unified Inbox.


Step 2 - Select a lead stage
Choose one or multiple lead stages:

  • Not Interested
  • Engaged
  • Interested
  • Hot Lead

Are you an agency?


If you use the agency portal, open the correct client workspace first. Click Unified Inbox in the left sidebar and use the filters at the top.


Always check that you are in the correct client workspace before filtering conversations.
