Workspace dashboard
Workspace Dashboard
The Workspace Dashboard gives you a quick overview of your workspace's performance. You can monitor key outreach metrics, view campaign activity, and manage your sales pipeline from a single page.
Note: Keep your pipeline stages up to date to maintain an accurate view of your workspace performance.
Key statistics
At the top of the dashboard, you'll find four key statistics:
- Invitations sent – The number of connection requests sent.
- Invitations accepted – The number of connection requests that were accepted.
- Messages sent – The number of follow-up messages sent as part of a campaign. Direct messages sent from the Unified Inbox are not included.
- Messages replied – The number of replies to either your connection request or a campaign follow-up message. Replies from later conversations in the Unified Inbox are not included.
Trends
Each statistics card includes a trend indicator showing the increase or decrease over the last 28 days compared to the previous 28-day period.
This trend does not change when you select a different date range.
Acceptance and reply rates
In some cases, the acceptance rate or reply rate may exceed 100%.
This usually happens when connection requests or follow-up messages were sent before the selected date range, while the corresponding acceptances or replies occurred within the selected period.
Performance graph
Below the statistics cards, you'll find a graph showing your key metrics by day.
Click a metric name in the legend to hide or show that data series.
Filtering dashboard data
Use the filters at the top of the dashboard to adjust the displayed statistics and graph.
These filters affect the statistics cards and the performance graph. They do not affect the Active Campaigns section or the Pipeline.
Available filters include:
- LinkedIn account – View statistics for one or more specific LinkedIn accounts.
- Campaigns – View statistics for one or more specific campaigns.
- Date range – Select the time period you want to analyze. The default range is the last 30 days.
Active campaigns
The Active Campaigns section provides an overview of all currently active campaigns.
Click any campaign to open its details page.
Pipeline
At the bottom of the dashboard, you'll find the Pipeline, displayed as a Kanban board.
Leads are grouped by their current lead stage. Lead stages can be updated automatically based on replies, or you can manually assign a different stage. You can also drag and drop leads between columns to update their lead stage automatically.
Customize the column order and stage selection to match your preferred workflow.
