How to disconnect a LinkedIn account?

If you no longer want to use a LinkedIn account with ReachBoost, you can disconnect it at any time from the LinkedIn Accounts section.

Disconnecting a LinkedIn account will stop all campaigns and automated actions associated with that account. It will also permanently delete all related conversations from the Unified Inbox and anonymize all associated data. This action cannot be undone.

Disconnect a LinkedIn account

Step 1 - Open LinkedIn Accounts
Go to LinkedIn Accounts.

Step 2 - View account details
Find the LinkedIn account you want to remove and click View Details.

Step 3 - Delete the account
Click Delete to disconnect the LinkedIn account from ReachBoost.

What happens after disconnecting?

Once the account has been deleted:

  • All active campaigns for that account will stop.
  • All conversations related to that LinkedIn account will be removed from the Unified Inbox.
  • All associated lead and conversation data will be anonymized.
  • ReachBoost will no longer perform any actions on behalf of that LinkedIn profile.

Because conversations are deleted and data is anonymized, this information cannot be recovered after the account has been disconnected.

Note: Before disconnecting an account, make sure you have exported or saved any information you may need in the future.
