How to create and launch your first campaign?
This article explains how to create and launch your first campaign in ReachBoost. You will configure the campaign, create your messages, choose your sending schedule, add leads, and launch it.
Open the campaign builder
Step 1 - Log in to ReachBoost
Log in to ReachBoost. You will be taken directly to your workspace.
Step 2 - Open Campaigns
Click Campaigns in the left sidebar.
Step 3 - Create a campaign
Click New Campaign.
Add your campaign information
Step 1 - Name your campaign
Enter a name for your campaign. You can use any name that helps you recognize it later.
Step 2 - Choose your campaign type
Choose one of the following campaign types:
- New Connection Campaign for second-degree and third-degree or higher connections
- Existing Connection Campaign for first-degree connections
An Existing Connection Campaign does not include a connection request. The rest of the setup works in the same way.
Step 3 - Complete the campaign information
You can exclude leads on the right and add an additional campaign description.
Step 4 - Select your LinkedIn accounts
Select the LinkedIn accounts you want to use as senders. You can select one account or multiple accounts.

Step 5 - Continue to your messages
Click Save and Next.
Create your campaign messages
Step 1 - Choose whether to visit profiles
Enable the profile visit option at the top if you want ReachBoost to visit each lead’s LinkedIn profile automatically.
Step 2 - Create your connection request
For a New Connection Campaign, create the connection request you want to send. You can send an empty connection request or include a message.
Click Save in the bottom-right corner after creating the connection request.
Note: Whether you can include a message depends on your LinkedIn account type and LinkedIn’s rules.
Step 3 - Add a follow-up message
Click Add Follow-up Message below the connection request.
Step 4 - Set the waiting period
Choose how long ReachBoost should wait between the accepted connection request and the follow-up message. For example, you can select one, two, or three days.
Step 5 - Write your message
Enter the message you want to send after the lead accepts your connection request.
Click Save in the bottom-right corner after creating the message.
Step 6 - Add more follow-up messages
You can add another follow-up message using the same process.
Step 7 - Continue to the settings
Once your sequence is ready, click Next.
Configure your campaign settings
Step 1 - Set your campaign limits
Choose the limits you want to use for the campaign. Keep your activity within the limits provided by LinkedIn.

Step 2 - Choose your active days
Select the days on which you want the campaign to send.
Step 3 - Choose your sending times
Select the times during which you want the campaign to send.
Step 4 - Continue to your leads
Click Save and Next.
Add leads to your campaign
Step 1 - Select your lead lists
Select the lead lists you want to add to the campaign. You can select one lead list or multiple lead lists.
If you do not have any leads yet, add your leads before continuing. More information on how to add leads can be found in this acticle.
Step 2 - Review your selected leads
Check that you selected the correct lead lists for the campaign.
Step 3 - Continue to the campaign overview
Click Save and Next.
Review and launch your campaign
Step 1 - Review the campaign
Check the complete campaign overview. Make sure the campaign information, messages, settings, senders, and leads are correct.
Step 2 - Launch the campaign
When you are happy with the setup, click Start Campaign. Your campaign will then start running.
Create a campaign for an agency client
If you use the agency portal, follow the same steps after opening the correct client workspace.
Step 1 - Open the client workspace
Open the workspace of the client for whom you want to create the campaign.
Step 2 - Create a workspace if needed
If the client does not have a workspace yet, create one before continuing.

Step 3 - Create the campaign
Once you are inside the correct client workspace, click Campaigns in the left sidebar and follow the steps in this article.
