Import leads from LinkedIn search

You can import leads directly from LinkedIn into ReachBoost using three methods: a regular LinkedIn search, a Sales Navigator search, or the likes and comments on a LinkedIn post.

Before you start

· Your LinkedIn account must be connected to ReachBoost · For Sales Navigator imports, your connected LinkedIn account must have an active Sales Navigator subscription

· Have your LinkedIn search URL or post URL ready before starting

Method 1: Import from a regular LinkedIn search

1. Go to LinkedIn and run your search

Open LinkedIn and search for people using the filters you want (job title, location, industry, etc.). Do not save the search - just get the search results URL from your browser's address bar.

2. Go to Lead lists in ReachBoost

In the left sidebar, click Leads, then Lead lists.

3. Create a new list or open an existing one

Click Add leads (or open an existing list you want to add leads to).

4. Choose LinkedIn search as the import source

Select LinkedIn search as the import type and paste in the URL from step 1.

Create a new connection campaign

Accepted Answer

A new connection campaign sends a connection request to people you are not yet connected with on LinkedIn. It is the most common campaign type and the starting point for most outreach.

Before you start

· At least one LinkedIn account must be connected to this workspace · You should have a lead list ready, or plan to insert leads via API

· Warmup runs automatically in the background once your account is connected and a campaign is active - no manual action is needed

Steps

The campaign wizard has 5 steps. You can move back and forward between steps at any time before launching.

Step 1 - Campaign info

1. Click New campaign

Click the + New campaign button at the top of the left sidebar (or the one on the Campaigns page).

2. Enter a campaign name

Give the campaign a clear name so you can identify it later (e.g. "UK Marketing Directors - April").

3. Select campaign type

Make sure New connection campaign is selected. This is the default.

4. Add a description (optional) You can add a short internal description to remind yourself what this campaign is for. 5. Review the Exclude leads setting Under Exclude l

What is ReachBoost?

ReachBoost is a LinkedIn outreach automation tool. It lets you send connection requests and follow-up messages to a list of leads on LinkedIn - automatically, within LinkedIn's daily limits - so you can run outreach at scale without doing it manually.

What ReachBoost does

At its core, ReachBoost does three things:

Sends connection requests to people on LinkedIn on your behalf
Follows up automatically once a lead accepts your connection
Keeps all replies in one place so you can respond without switching between LinkedIn accounts

How it's structured

ReachBoost is built around two levels: the Agency and Workspaces.

Agency

The top level of your account. From here you can see activity across all your workspaces in one dashboard and manage which LinkedIn accounts are assigned where.

Workspaces

Each workspace is a separate container - typically one per client or one per team. Everything you do in ReachBoost (campaigns, leads, inbox) happens inside a workspace.

The Workspace Dashboard also includes a Pipeline board - a Kanban view that shows where every lead stands across your outreach stages.

Create an existing connection campaign

An existing connection campaign sends messages to people you are already connected with on LinkedIn - no connection request needed. Use this when you want to reach out to your current LinkedIn network.

Before you start

· At least one LinkedIn account must be connected to this workspace · The leads in your list must already be 1st-degree connections of the LinkedIn account running the campaign - if they are not connected, the message will not send

· Have a lead list ready with your existing connections

When to use this instead of a new connection campaign

Steps

The wizard is the same 5 steps as a new connection campaign, with one key difference in Step 1.

Step 1 - Campaign info

1. Click New campaign

2. Enter a campaign name Give it a descriptive name (e.g. "Existing connections follow-up - Q2"). 3. Select Existing connection campaign

Campaign not sending (Troubleshooting)

Use this article if your campaign is Active but no connection requests or messages are going out.

Step 1 — Check if you are inside the active hours window

ReachBoost only sends during the active hours you configured. If it is outside that window, nothing will send. Fix:

Go to Campaigns and click on the campaign
Check the active hours in the Settings section

3. If the current time is outside that window, wait for the next window — or edit the campaign to adjust the hours

You can also check and edit active hours directly from the campaign detail page — click on the campaign and open the Sequence tab.

Step 2 — Check the LinkedIn account status

If the LinkedIn account assigned to the campaign is disconnected, the campaign cannot send. Fix:

Go to LinkedIn accounts in the left sidebar
Check that the account assigned to this campaign shows Connected

The campaign must be Active to send. Draft, Paused, or Finished campaigns do not send. Fix:

Understand your limits and stay safe

Accepted Answer

LinkedIn limits how many connection requests and messages an account can send per day. ReachBoost enforces these limits to protect your account - and also applies its own fallback limits to prevent accidental overusage even if your campaign settings are too high. That said, you should still configure limits correctly to stay safe.

What the limits are

During warmup: ReachBoost automatically caps sending to warmup limits regardless of your campaign settings - you do not need to manually lower your limits during this period.

Where to configure limits in ReachBoost

Limits are set per campaign in the Settings step of the campaign wizard. Connect requests limit per LinkedIn account - the daily range of connection requests this campaign can send per LinkedIn account (e.g. 10 to 15).

Follow-up messages limit per LinkedIn account - the daily range of follow-up messages this campaign can send per LinkedIn account (e.g. 10 to 15).
