On the Settings page, you can update your agency workspace information, manage key workspace settings, and access additional features related to your subscription.

Update account details

The Account details section contains the information you provided when creating your workspace.

Step 1 - Open the Settings page Go to Settings from the bottom-left corner of ReachBoost, or visit: https://app.reachboost.io/settings/account

Step 2 - Update your account details You can update the following information:

Workspace name – The name displayed in the top-left corner of ReachBoost.
Email address – Used for important workspace notifications, such as LinkedIn account disconnection alerts.
Language – Sets the language used throughout ReachBoost.
Country – Determines the origin of the proxy assigned to your LinkedIn accounts.
Time zone – Used for your campaign scheduling hours.

Update your user details

The User details section contains your personal account information. You can view or update:

Name – Displayed in the bottom-left corner of ReachBoost.
Email address – The email address you use to sign in.

Manage workspace settings

The Account settings section contains workspace-wide preferences. Currently, you can enable or disable:

AI lead stage classification – Automatically classifies and fills lead stages in your pipeline

How to manage notification settings?

You can manage which notifications you receive for each workspace individually. This allows you to enable or disable specific notification types based on your preferences. By default, all notification types are enabled for a workspace.

Manage workspace notifications

Step 1 - Open your workspaces Go to Workspaces.

Step 2 - Open the workspace details Click Details for the workspace you want to manage.

Step 3 - Open the notification settings Click Notifications.

Step 4 - Update your notification preferences A pop-up will open where you can enable or disable individual notification types. Changes are saved automatically.

Note: Disabling a notification will resolve all existing notifications of that type for the selected workspace.

How to invite agency team members and manage role-based permissions?

You can invite additional people to your agency so they can help manage client workspaces. The permissions they receive depend on whether you invite them as an Agency Admin or a Member.

| Always use your team member's company email address when sending an invitation.

Agency roles

Invite a team member

Step 1 - Open the Team Members page Open the Team Members section to see everyone who currently has access to your agency, or click here.

Step 2 - Create an invitation Choose to invite a new team member.

Step 3 - Enter the user's details Enter the user's name, company email address, and select either Agency Admin or Member as their role.

Step 4 - Send the invitation Send the invitation. The invited user will receive an email with instructions to join your agency.

Note: Invitations expire after 7 days. If an invitation expires before it is accepted, you'll need to send a new invitation.

Manage team members

From the Team Members page, you can:

View everyone who has access to your agency.
Withdraw pending invitations.
Remove existing members.

Agency dashboard

The Agency Dashboard gives you a complete overview of the performance of your client workspaces. From a single page, you can monitor outreach performance, review important notifications, and check the status of all connected LinkedIn accounts.

| Agency members only see metrics, notifications, and LinkedIn accounts for the workspaces they have access to.

Key statistics

At the top of the dashboard, you'll find four key performance metrics:

Invitations sent – The number of connection requests sent.
Invitations accepted – The number of connection requests that were accepted.
Messages sent – The number of follow-up messages sent as part of a campaign. Direct messages sent from the Unified Inbox are not included.
Messages replied – The number of replies to either your connection request or a campaign follow-up message. Replies from later conversations in the Unified Inbox are not included.

Trends

Each statistics card includes a trend indicator that compares the last 28 days with the previous 28-day period. The trend indicator always uses this comparison and does not change when you select a different date range.

Acceptance and reply rates

In some cases, the acceptance rate or reply rate may exceed 100%. This happens when connection requests or follow-up messages were sent before the selected date range, while the corresponding acceptances or replies occurred within the selected period.

How to configure sending limits & activity window?

In your campaign, you can configure sending limits and an activity window to control how many actions are performed each day and when the campaign is allowed to run.

Limits

Sending limits Sending limits determine how many actions the campaign can perform each day.

Connection request limit Set a minimum and maximum number of connection requests to send per day. ReachBoost will send a random number of connection requests within the interval you specify, as long as your account's general daily limit allows it.

Follow-up limit Set a minimum and maximum number of follow-up messages to send per day. ReachBoost will send a random number of follow-up messages within the interval you specify, as long as your account's general daily limit allows it.

Activity window

The activity window determines when your campaign is allowed to run.

Active days Choose the days of the week when the campaign is allowed to process. This is useful if you want to avoid sending outreach on specific days.

Active hours Specify the time window during which the campaign can send messages. ReachBoost will randomly distribute activity throughout the selected time period.

Note: Setting a very narrow active hours window may result in fewer messages being sent, as ReachBoost batches activity to help keep your LinkedIn account safe.

| Tip: Before creating your first campaign, make sure you have access to your LinkedIn login details and any lead sources you want to import.

Step 1 - Connect your LinkedIn account

To start using ReachBoost, you first need to connect your LinkedIn account.

Step 1.1 - Open the LinkedIn Accounts section Navigate to LinkedIn Accounts and click Connect LinkedIn Account.

Step 1.2 - Enter your LinkedIn credentials Fill in your LinkedIn login credentials. Please note that these are your LinkedIn credentials, not your ReachBoost login details.

Step 1.3 - Validate your credentials Click Validate Credentials. Depending on your LinkedIn security settings, LinkedIn may ask you to verify the login by:

Approving a notification on your phone
Entering an SMS verification code
Entering a verification code sent by email

Step 2 - Add your leads

Once your LinkedIn account is connected, you can start importing leads into ReachBoost.

Option 1 - Import from LinkedIn Go to Lead Lists → Add Leads → Select import type.

Depending on your LinkedIn subscription, you can import leads directly from:
