Agency dashboard
The Agency Dashboard gives you a complete overview of the performance of your client workspaces. From a single page, you can monitor outreach performance, review important notifications, and check the status of all connected LinkedIn accounts.
Key statistics
At the top of the dashboard, you'll find four key performance metrics:
- Invitations sent – The number of connection requests sent.
- Invitations accepted – The number of connection requests that were accepted.
- Messages sent – The number of follow-up messages sent as part of a campaign. Direct messages sent from the Unified Inbox are not included.
- Messages replied – The number of replies to either your connection request or a campaign follow-up message. Replies from later conversations in the Unified Inbox are not included.
Trends
Each statistics card includes a trend indicator that compares the last 28 days with the previous 28-day period.
The trend indicator always uses this comparison and does not change when you select a different date range.
Acceptance and reply rates
In some cases, the acceptance rate or reply rate may exceed 100%.
This happens when connection requests or follow-up messages were sent before the selected date range, while the corresponding acceptances or replies occurred within the selected period.
Performance graph
Below the statistics cards, you'll find a graph displaying your key metrics by day.
Click a metric in the legend to hide or show that data series.
Filter dashboard data
Use the filters at the top of the dashboard to adjust the displayed data. These filters affect every section of the dashboard except the trend indicators.
Available filters include:
- User – View statistics for the workspaces a specific agency user has access to (agency admins only).
- Workspaces – View statistics for one or more specific workspaces. Agency members only see workspaces they have access to.
- Date range – Select the time period you want to analyze. By default, the dashboard shows the last 30 days.
Notification center
The Notification Center gives you a single overview of important notifications across all of your workspaces.
There are three notification categories:
- Tasks – Notifications about tasks that have been added in a workspace. See How to add tasks for more information.
- Campaigns – Notifications when a campaign is ending, has ended, or is performing better than usual.
- LinkedIn – Notifications when a LinkedIn account becomes disconnected.
To open the related workspace, click on a notification and then select Open.
Some notifications, such as disconnected LinkedIn accounts, are automatically dismissed once the issue has been resolved. Other notifications can be dismissed manually using the checkbox.
To customize which notifications you receive, see How to manage notification settings.
LinkedIn accounts
The LinkedIn Accounts section provides an overview of every LinkedIn account connected to your client workspaces. It helps you quickly identify the connection status of each account.
There are three possible statuses:
- Connected – The account is connected and working normally. No action is required.
- Pending – The account is waiting to be connected using the Invite to Connect method.
- Disconnected – The account has been disconnected because of invalid credentials, two-factor authentication, a CAPTCHA challenge, or another connection failure.
