Using webhooks

Setting up webhooks lets you push ReachBoost data to other systems in real time, so your CRM or other tools always have fresh lead and campaign info. Here's how to get one connected.

Note: Only need clean, complete lead records in your CRM? Turn on Enrich on push to enrich leads before they're sent to the destination

Setting up a webhook

Step 1 - Navigate to Integrations
Head to the Integrations section of your workspace.

Step 2 - Go to the Webhooks tab
This is where all your existing webhooks live, along with the option to add a new one.

Step 3 - Click "Add new webhook"
This opens the webhook setup form.

Step 4 - Fill in the destination URL
Enter the URL of the system you want to push data to.

Step 5 - Select your trigger events
Choose which campaign events and/or lead status events should trigger this webhook. See the full list below.

Step 6 - Enable Enrich on push (optional)
Toggle this on if you want leads enriched before they're pushed to your destination. It's in the same view as the other webhook settings.

Step 7 - Save
Save the webhook and it goes live right away.

Available trigger events

You can trigger webhooks on two types of events: campaign events and lead status events.

Campaign events

  • Connection request sent
  • Connection request accepted
  • Connection request withdrawn
  • Follow up message sent
  • Message replied
  • Message sent/received

Lead status events

  • Lead status: Not interested
  • Lead status: Engaged
  • Lead status: Interested
  • Lead status: Hot lead
  • Lead status: Meeting booked
  • Lead status: Won
  • Lead status: Lost

Check our API docs to find the JSON body you’ll recieve per event.
