How to integrate with Make, Zapier, and n8n?
Make, Zapier, and n8n are no-code and low-code automation platforms that make it easy to connect ReachBoost with thousands of third-party applications. This article explains how to create both inbound and outbound integrations using these automation platforms.
Inbound integrations
Inbound integrations send data from another application to ReachBoost. For example, you can automatically add new leads from a CRM, form builder, or newsletter platform.
Step 1 - Create a new automation
Create a new automation in Make, Zapier, or n8n.
Step 2 - Configure your trigger
Choose the event that should start the automation. For example:
- A lead is added to a list.
- A lead subscribes to a newsletter.
- A lead shows buying intent.
Step 3 - Add the ReachBoost action
Add a second step that sends the data to ReachBoost using one of the following API endpoints:
- Add Lead to Lead List
- Add Lead to Campaign
Use the API documentation to find the required authentication details, request parameters, and field mappings.
Outbound integrations
Outbound integrations send data from ReachBoost to another application whenever a selected event occurs.
Step 1 - Create a webhook receiver
In Make, Zapier, or n8n, create a new automation and add a Webhook trigger as the first step.
Once created, the automation platform will generate a webhook URL.
Step 2 - Add the webhook to ReachBoost
Copy the generated webhook URL and add it as a webhook in ReachBoost.
ReachBoost will send data to this webhook whenever one of the selected webhook events occurs.
Step 3 - Configure your destination
Add a second step to your automation and choose where the data should be sent. For example, you can send the data to a CRM or another third-party application.
Next steps
Once your automation is configured, test the workflow to verify that data is transferred correctly between ReachBoost and your connected application. With Make, Zapier, and n8n, you can build powerful integrations without writing any code.
