Configure White Label Branding (incl. custom domain)
White label branding lets you customize the appearance of ReachBoost for your customers. It is included with the Agency Unlimited package and can be added to other agency packages for an additional fee.
General Settings
The General section contains the basic information for your white label configuration.
- Name – Internal name for your white label configuration. This is only visible to your team.
- Brand Name – The name displayed in the browser for your customers.
- Description – Optional internal description.
- Native Integrations – Native integrations always display ReachBoost branding. Disable this option if you do not want customers to access these integrations.
Status
Use the status toggle to enable or disable your white label.
- Enabled – Makes the white label available for all workspaces.
- Disabled – Immediately removes the white label from all workspaces. Customers will see the ReachBoost branding again, and any configured custom domain will redirect to the ReachBoost domain.
Note: Disabling your white label immediately affects every workspace using it.
Branding
Customize the appearance of your white label by configuring:
- Primary color
- Background color
- Secondary background color
- App icon
- Horizontal logo
Add a Custom Domain
You can optionally configure a custom domain for your white label.
Step 1 - Enter your subdomain
Add a subdomain that belongs to a domain you own, for example: app.yourdomain.com
You must own the parent domain (yourdomain.com in this example).
Step 2 - Configure your DNS
ReachBoost will provide a CNAME record.
Add this record to your domain's DNS settings. If you use Cloudflare, make sure the CNAME record is not proxied.
Step 3 - Verify your domain
Click Check DNS. Once the DNS has propagated successfully, you'll see a confirmation message along with an Open verification page button.
Step 4 - Complete verification
Open the verification page to finish the setup. Your custom domain is now ready to use.
Access your custom domain
Once your custom domain has been configured, visit that domain to log in.
