# What conversations do I find in my Unified Inbox?

Your Unified Inbox only shows conversations initiated by a ReachBoost campaign. Personal LinkedIn conversations that were not started through ReachBoost will not appear.

### Conversations included in the Unified Inbox

A conversation appears in the Unified Inbox when it was initiated by a ReachBoost campaign.
If you continue that conversation directly through LinkedIn, ReachBoost will sync the new messages. These messages will also appear in the existing conversation in your Unified Inbox.

### Conversations not included

Personal conversations that were not initiated by a ReachBoost campaign will not appear in the Unified Inbox.

**Note:** Starting or continuing a personal conversation directly in LinkedIn will not make it appear in ReachBoost unless the conversation was originally initiated by a ReachBoost campaign.

### Conversations for agency clients

If you use the agency portal, open the correct client workspace first. Click Unified Inbox in the left sidebar to view the conversations initiated by that client’s ReachBoost campaigns.
