# How to invite team members and manage role-based permissions?

You can invite an unlimited number of users to your ReachBoost workspace. Team members can collaborate within the same workspace based on the role you assign them.

| Tip: Always invite team members using their company email address.

### Team Member Roles

ReachBoost supports two workspace roles:

| Role             | Permissions                                                            |
| ---------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Workspace admin  | Has full access to manage the workspace, including team member access. |
| Workspace member | Can use the workspace but cannot manage workspace access.              |

### Invite a Team Member

**Step 1 - Open the Team Members page**
Go to **Settings** from the bottom-left corner of ReachBoost and open the **Team Members** tab.

**Step 2 - Start a new invitation**
Click **Invite a new team member**.

**Step 3 - Enter the user's details**
Fill in the following information:
* First name
* Last name
* Email address
* Role

**Step 4 - Send the invitation**
Submit the invitation. The invited user will receive an email with instructions to join your workspace.

### Manage Pending Invitations

Invitations remain valid for **7 days**. Until they are accepted, you can withdraw them at any time from the **Team Members** page.

**Note:** Keep your team member list up to date. Remove or withdraw access for anyone who should no longer have access to your workspace data.
