# How to import leads from LinkedIn?

ReachBoost allows you to import leads directly from LinkedIn in four different ways:
1. Sales Navigator searches
2. Regular LinkedIn searches
3. LinkedIn post likes and comments
4. Event participants

You can start an import by navigating to:
**Lead Lists → Add Leads → Select LinkedIn Search → Save and Next**

For all four import methods, you simply copy and paste a LinkedIn URL into ReachBoost.

**Note:** The maximum number of leads that can be imported per import is **1,000 leads**.

### Import from Sales Navigator

Sales Navigator imports allow you to import leads from advanced LinkedIn searches.

**Step 1 - Build your search**
Go to Sales Navigator and create your target audience using the available filters.

**Step 2 - Copy the URL**
Copy the URL from your Sales Navigator search results page.
The URL must start with: `https://www.linkedin.com/sales/search/people`

**Note:** Make sure you're copying the URL from the page where the filters are shown on the left and the search results are displayed on the right.

**Step 3 - Paste into ReachBoost**
Paste the URL into ReachBoost and click **Start Import**.

### Import from regular LinkedIn searches

You can also import leads from standard LinkedIn searches.

**Step 1 - Search for your audience**
Use the LinkedIn search bar to search for your target audience.

**Step 2 - Select People and apply filters**
Click **People**, then select **All Filters** to narrow down your audience.

**Step 3 - Copy the URL**
Copy the URL from the search results page.
The URL must start with: `https://www.linkedin.com/search/results/people`

**Step 4 - Paste into ReachBoost**
Paste the URL into ReachBoost and click **Start Import**.

### Import from LinkedIn likes and comments

This import option allows you to target people who interacted with a specific LinkedIn post.

**Step 1 - Select interaction type**
Choose whether you want to import:
* People who liked the post
* People who commented on the post
* Both likes and comments

**Step 2 - Copy the post URL**
Copy the URL of the LinkedIn post you want to use.

**Step 3 - Paste into ReachBoost**
Paste the post URL into ReachBoost and click **Start Import**.

### Import event participants

This import option allows you to target people who participated in a specific event.

**Step 1 - Find the event**
Find the event you want to import the participants for on the LinkedIn platform.

**Step 2 - Copy the post URL**
Copy the URL of the LinkedIn event you want to import participants from.
The URL must start with: `https://www.linkedin.com/events/`

**Step 3 - Paste into ReachBoost**
Paste the post URL into ReachBoost and click **Start Import**.

### Start the import

After pasting a valid URL, click **Start Import**. The import process may take a few minutes depending on the number of leads being processed.

**Note:** Building highly targeted searches before importing generally leads to better campaign performance and higher response rates.
