# How to add tasks?

# How to add tasks?

Tasks help you keep track of important follow-ups and reminders while managing leads in ReachBoost.
They can be useful in situations such as:
* A prospect asks you to follow up in two weeks.
* You want to reach out via email or phone at a later date.
* A lead needs to be moved into another campaign.
* Any other action that requires a reminder.

**Note:** This feature is currently only available for Agency accounts. Support for the Sales package is coming soon.
